Their equipment was state-of-the-art, and they handled the work with ease. As for the tree thinning, I am delighted with the results. The trees now look healthier and are better equipped to withstand strong winds, thanks to their expertise in tree care. The trees sites they ground down were left with an appropriate amount of mulch to allow for settling. All in all, I am thoroughly impressed with the tree care service provided by Trenary Tree Care. Their professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail were truly commendable. If you're in need of any tree care services, I wholeheartedly recommend Trenary Tree Care above all else. As a General Contractor with 25 years of service to my community I know a quality service provider when I see one. Trenary's communication with me was great starting with the bidding and continuing until the work was done. They gave me a detailed estimate, they showed up on time, and all of their workers wore appropriate PPE, that is helmets and eye protection. The brought six or seven people, who worked hard and didn't screw around. They brought quite a bit of state-of-the-art equipment that was well maintained. Where some changes in the scope of work were required they were amenable and cooperative. In a few hours they removed a tree growing over a chimney and power line that was extremely challenging, trimmed and took out other trees and cleared several large areas of pasture of small cedars, honeysuckle and other nuisance shrubs. It would have taken me years to do this on my own, and the trimming and removals I could not have done myself ever. In some areas they did more work than I was expecting. After hearing outrageous amounts we settled... read more on another company that failed to show up several times and didn't call. On the recommendation of a co-worker I contacted Trenary who was professional and prompt in their estimate and also happened to blow everyone else out of the water on cost. Crossing my fingers, we set a date for removal several weeks in advance. On the day of the removal, promptly at 8am, a fleet of trucks and equipment was at my door ready to begin work. By the end of the day one of my trees was completely down. Apparently there was an issue with the tree, as someone years ago put nails and boards in it, causing them to work harder to take it completely out for me. This meant they had to come back a second day, which they did without complaint or negotiation. I'm most impressed with the attitude of these men, as through the entire project they were up spirited, professional, and very respectful. I have no doubt I'll use them again in the future and recommend them without hesitation to anyone else looking to have any tree work done.
